By accessing or using Pal.cloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Pal.cloud is an AI-powered business advisory platform for content creators. The Service provides conversational AI assistance, platform data analysis, performance monitoring, and business strategy guidance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) scrape or harvest data from the Service without authorization.
5. Platform Integrations
When you connect third-party platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok), you authorize us to access the data you specify through those platforms' APIs. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access. We only access data necessary to provide the Service and in accordance with each platform's terms of service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pal.cloud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The AI advisor provides information for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. Always consult qualified professionals for important business decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAL.CLOUD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice for material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
