1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, account details), information from platform integrations you authorize (analytics data from YouTube, Twitch, TikTok), usage data (conversations, features used, session data), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device information for security and performance purposes).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; personalize your AI advisor experience; send performance digests and alerts you've opted into; communicate about your account or the Service; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Platform Integration Data
When you connect YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok, we access only the data you explicitly authorize through each platform's OAuth flow. This data is used solely to provide advisory insights within the Service. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings, which will stop further data collection from that platform.
4. AI Conversations
Conversations with your AI advisor are stored to provide conversation history, memory, and improved personalization. We do not use your conversation content to train our underlying AI models. Conversations may be reviewed by our team solely for safety and quality purposes, subject to strict confidentiality.
5. Data Sharing
We share data with: service providers who help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements; platform APIs (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok) to the extent necessary to fetch your authorized data; law enforcement when legally required. We never share your data with advertisers.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. API keys and credentials you provide are encrypted before storage. No system is 100% secure — if you discover a security issue, please report it to security@pal.cloud.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements); export your data in a portable format; withdraw consent for optional data processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@pal.cloud. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA.
9. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention). Conversation history is deleted with your account.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
